In strata schemes where at least half of the lots are tenanted, the tenants can nominate a tenant representative to attend the strata committee meetings

The tenant representative is entitled to:

• Receive a copy of the agenda
• Attend and speak at strata committee meetings as the tenant representative
• The tenant representative does not have a vote and they can be asked to leave the meeting if financial issues are discussed.
