Some emergencies or security issues often need to be handled sooner for example a burst pipe, blocked sewer or damaged glass. An after-hours a list of emergency trades is normally listed on the common notice board in your building.

You may have also been given a list of emergency trades from your strata manager. Contact your Strata Manager for more information.
